The 2025 Flying Doctor Rowathon was another great success with the best weather for rowing that we have had for many years. Beautiful flat water with a fine mist hanging around on a very cool morning while rowers prepared boats and got on the water to start at a private property called Jimmba, at Trentham Cliffs. Crews rowed down to Mildura Rowing Club lawns where they had morning tea of scones, jam and cream and other treats provided by the Wentworth Public School P&C. After a rest and perhaps crew changes, they paddled on mass the loch 11 where they had the pleasure of being locked in then lowered as the water was let out. Then they were let out to row down to Coomealla Golf Club landing for lunch and a rest following which crews rowed down to Wentworth District Rowing Club, via the cutting, to finish. The WPS P&C provided afternoon tea then all gathered at 6.30 for dinner in the boat shed. Some photos follow.
